Established in 1998, KJS Architects has 20 years experience with both Commercial and Domestic Architecture.

We have designed a wide variety of commercial projects such as Hotels, Bars and Restaurants, small Office Developments, Industrial Units and mixed use Retail/Apartment Projects.

KJS Architects have worked on many large Residential Housing Projects. From Multiple Housing Developments for Private Clients through to smaller Social Housing Projects for a number of Local Housing Associations.

We have also designed many one off bespoke Homes for clients. KJS has also been involved with clients who want modern, bespoke, high spec, energy efficient homes. All tailored to individual taste and needs.

We assist our clients with many other aspects of the development process, from advice on budget control to the provision of a Full Architectural Service including Interior Design, Architectural Certification and Licensing. We also provide Building Condition Reports, Energy Performance Certificates, Asbestos and Structural Surveys.
